How do I check my order status?
If you created an account before placing your order, simply log in to view your order history and status updates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info.jessdidthat@gmail.com.
Do I need to provide my own hair bundles?
No. All custom wig orders include premium hair unless you select our Bring Your Own Bundles option.
What cap size do you use?
All custom wigs are made in a standard medium cap size unless otherwise requested. If you require a small or large cap, please provide your measurements when placing your order.
How long can I expect my wig to last?
With proper care and maintenance, your wig can last for years. Longevity depends on wear frequency, styling habits, and overall upkeep.
What type of lace is used?
We use premium HD lace for a natural, seamless look. Depending on your selected unit, your wig may include either a 5x5 closure or a 13x4 frontal.
Can the hair be colored?
Yes. Our raw hair can be colored, bleached, and styled. For the best results, we recommend using a professional colorist.
Are the wigs pre-plucked?
Yes. All units are pre-plucked and lightly customized to create a natural-looking hairline, unless otherwise stated.
How long does a custom wig order take?
Custom wig orders require up to 5 business days for processing and an additional 7–14 business days for customization and completion. Turnaround times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of our wigs, all sales are final. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
