Custom wig orders typically require 7–14 business days plus processing time.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available. Once your order is complete, we will contact you with pickup instructions and scheduling details.

Do you offer BYOB services?

Yes. Our Bring Your Own Bundles service allows you to send your own bundles and have them professionally transformed into a custom wig using premium HD lace.

How many bundles do I need?

  • 12–16 inches: 2–3 bundles
  • 18–22 inches: 3 bundles
  • 24 inches and longer: 4 bundles recommended

What lace do you use?

All custom units and BYOB services are constructed using premium HD lace for a natural and seamless finish.

Can I customize my wig?

Yes. Depending on the service selected, customization options may include length, lace type, cap size, styling, color, density, and more.

How do I know my cap size?

We provide a measuring guide to help you determine your correct cap size before placing your order.

Do wigs come ready to wear?

Most custom units arrive styled and ready to wear. Product descriptions will indicate any additional customization that may be required.

Do you offer wig revamps?

Yes. We offer professional wig revamp services including wash and style, blonde refresh, color correction, and custom color services.

Can I send a wig that was not purchased from JDT Hair Co.?

Yes. We accept wigs purchased from other vendors for revamp services provided the wig is suitable for the requested service.

Can I color my wig after purchase?

We recommend professional coloring services to maintain the integrity and longevity of your unit. JDT Hair Co. also offers custom coloring services.

What if I don't know what to order?

If you're unsure which option is best for you, contact us before ordering and we will help guide you through the process.

Will I receive shipping instructions?

Yes. Detailed shipping instructions will be emailed after purchase when applicable.

Can I rush my order?

Rush availability depends on our current production schedule. Please contact us before ordering to inquire about expedited service.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations are available for clients who need assistance selecting the best wig, color, length, or service.

Do you ship internationally?

What happens if my wig arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

How do I care for my wig?

Proper maintenance extends the life of your unit. We recommend gentle cleansing, heat protection when styling, and proper storage when not in use.

Can I return a custom order?

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, custom wigs, BYOB units, and revamp services are final sale. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for additional details.
