Most human hair wigs can be refreshed, restored, and customized. If your wig is severely damaged, we will contact you before beginning service.

What services are included in a wig revamp?

Services may include washing, deep conditioning, knot bleaching, lace replacement, plucking, customization, styling, coloring, and overall restoration depending on the selected package.

Do I need to wash my wig before shipping it?

No. We recommend sending your wig as-is so we can properly assess its condition and determine the best restoration process.

How long does a wig revamp take?

Most revamp services are completed within 7–14 business days after your wig is received.

Can you color my wig during the revamp?

Yes. Color services can be added depending on the condition and quality of the hair.

What if my lace is damaged?

We offer lace replacement services for eligible units. If your wig requires a new closure or frontal, we will contact you with available options.

Do I pay for shipping?

Customers are responsible for shipping their wig to JDT Hair Co. Return shipping will be calculated during checkout if applicable.
