Final Sale Items

Due to the custom and personal nature of our products and services, all custom wigs, BYOB units, wig revamps, color services, and personalized orders are final sale.

Hair Products

For health and sanitary reasons, hair extensions, lace products, wigs, and related hair items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, opened, worn, altered, installed, or customized.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be available.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If you believe your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and assist accordingly.

BYOB & Revamp Services

JDT Hair Co. is not responsible for the condition of hair or wigs provided by the client before service begins. If additional concerns are discovered during the process, we will contact you before moving forward when necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for custom work, completed services, buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections made at checkout, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
