Before You Ship Your Bundles
Bundles must be clean and free of heavy product buildup.
Hair should be in good condition and wefts secured.
Please include your name and order number.
Ship within 5 business days of placing your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many bundles do I need?
We recommend:
- 12–16": 2–3 bundles
- 18–22": 3 bundles
- 24"+: 4 bundles
For fuller looks, we recommend 4 bundles.
Do you provide the lace?
Yes. All BYOB units are constructed using premium HD lace supplied by JDT Hair Co.
What if my bundles aren’t enough?
If additional hair is needed, we will contact you before construction begins.
How long does it take?
BYOB units take 7–14 business days plus processing time once we receive your bundles.
