Processing Time
Most custom orders require approximately 7–14 business days plus shipping time. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the service selected, current order volume, and customization requests.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. JDT Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Once your order is complete, we will contact you with pickup instructions and scheduling details.
BYOB & Revamp Orders
Clients utilizing BYOB or Wig Revamp services will receive detailed shipping instructions after purchase. Please include any requested information with your package to help us process your order efficiently.
Lost Or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. While we will do our best to assist, JDT Hair Co. cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules and is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
