How do I check the status of my order?

If you created an account prior to your order, please sign in, click on orders and copy & paste the order number in question.

However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you should have received an email with a tracking number from us. Please make sure to thoroughly check your email for the order shipped email with the information requested.

Can I track my order?

We will send you your tracking number after your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive that information within the expected time period listed above, please feel free to contact us at info.jessdidthat@gmail.com

How long will it take to get my non-wig/pre-made wig orders?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process, and an additional 3-5 business days for it to be shipped out. The total time between a placed order and receipt of that order is approximately 5-7 business days.

How long will it take to get my custom wig orders?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process, and an additional 7-14 business days for it to be shipped out. The total time between a placed order and receipt of that order is approximately 14-21 business days.

Can I cancel an order that I made? Will I get my refund for the item(s)?

An order can only be returned and refunded if the customer cancels within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond that time spam, our policy will not allow us to refund, compensate, or exchange products. Please email us at info.jessdidthat@gmail.com within that period if you'd like to cancel your order.
