Attention: Ladies, it is very important to select a cap size in order to provide you with a unit that is perfectly customized to you. Prior to placing your order, we highly recommend that you take careful measurement to ensure that your custom order will fit correctly. Please refer to the following for help taking measurements:
If you are measuring yourself, please make sure your hair is braided down, or down flat in a slick ponytail. There should be absolutely no weave in your head while taking your measurements. JDTHairCo. is not responsible for improperly fit units. If you are not comfortable taking your own measurements, please click the contact us tab and send us an email for further assistance.
Processing
After you fill out your order information and make your payment, you will receive your confirmation email with address to ship your bundles, closures and or frontals to. Please note, you may receive a call to discuss your order before production.
Production Time
Due to COVID-19, please allow up to 2 weeks for production of our custom wigs. If you have any questions pertaining to your order, feel free to contact us. Please note that wig orders are made especially for you according to your specifications; therefore, after placing your order, it may not be cancelled or modified, nor will returns/refunds be accepted.
